My husband celebrated his birthday on December 2 and I made his favorite dessert, cheesecake, to commemorate the occasion. Happy Birthday Bryan!

I searched high and low for the perfect recipe before selecting one from My Baking Addiction. Jamie’s recipe was indeed perfect! In fact the cheesecake base will now be my go-to cheesecake, it was so good! I halved the recipe and used my 6” springform pan and baked the cheesecake for 45 minutes. I really liked the extra height from using the smaller pan.
